Integrasi Total Productive Maintenance dan Keberlanjutan: Studi Literatur Review

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengkaji keterkaitan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dan sustainability melalui tinjauan pustaka serta analisis bibliometrik terhadap 30 publikasi indeks Scopus periode 2015–2024. Data diperoleh dengan kata kunci “Total Productive Maintenance” dan “Sustainability”, lalu dikelompokkan menurut pilar TPM dimensi keberlanjutan (ekonomi, lingkungan, sosial), sektor industri, periode, dan lokasi penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan menjadi fokus utama, khususnya pada pengurangan pemborosan dan peningkatan efisiensi energi melalui pilar Autonomous Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, dan Focused Improvement. Pendekatan komprehensif yang melibatkan semua pilar terbukti meningkatkan daya saing operasional sekaligus meminimalkan dampak lingkungan. Aspek sosial terwujud melalui praktik 5S dan program pelatihan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan keterlibatan komunitas. Tren sejak 2020 menunjukkan integrasi TPM dengan teknologi Industri 4.0—digital lean tools dan blockchain—untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi kegagalan dan transparansi pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar industri mengadopsi TPM secara menyeluruh dengan perhatian seimbang pada seluruh pilar serta memanfaatkan Internet of Things, data analytics, dan blockchain untuk mendukung green maintenance. Pembuat kebijakan perlu merumuskan pedoman Sustainable TPM yang adaptif sesuai karakteristik sektor. Penelitian selanjutnya hendaknya melakukan studi empiris longitudinal guna mengukur dampak jangka panjang sinergi TPM dan green manufacturing.
