METODE QEC UNTUK PENILAIAN POSTUR TUBUH PEKERJA DI MENARA LOGAM

Tuntutan pekerjaan, minimnya pengetahuan serta keterbatasan menyebabkan pekerja tidak memperhatikan postur tubuh saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah suatu jenis pekerjaan memiliki risiko cedera sistem muskuloskeletal secara keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menilai postur tubuh pekerja adalah QEC. Metode QEC mempertimbangkan pendapat pekerja yang dianalisis. Penelitian diawali dengan observasi langsung untuk melihat dan mengamati postur tubuh pekerja saat bekerja, kemudian mengumpulkan data dengan mengisi lembar kuisioner QEC oleh pekerja dan pengamat, memasukkan data kuisioner ke QEC Calculation Tool Template untuk mendapatkan nilai exposure score, lalu menghitung nilai exposure level pekerja bagian pengelasan dan pengecatan. Hasil perhitungan sebanyak 85,7% pekerja memiliki nilai exposure level >70% yang berarti perlu penyelidikan dan perubahan secepatnya. Sedangkan 14,3% memiliki nilai exposure level sebesar 69, 3% yang berarti perlu penyelidikan dan perubahan segera. Saran yang diberikan untuk meminimalisir risiko cedera adalah memberikan pelatihan K3, merancang meja dan kursi ergonomis serta dapat diatur ketinggiannya.Downloads
