OPTIMASI KAPASITAS PRODUKSI BANTAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN INTEGER LINIER PROGRAMMING DI PT. DUNLOPILLO INDONESIA

PT. Dunlopillo Indonesia merupakan produsen bantal. Rata-rata selisih permintaan dan produksi 8,34% melebihi batas toleransi 5%. Perlu dilakukan perencanaan produksi Januari 2022 yang tepat melalui perhitungan kapasitas produksi. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan mengoptimumkan kapasitas produksi dalam memenuhi permintaan produksi untuk mendapatkan profit yang maksimum. Perencanaan kapasitas dilakukan dengan Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP). Optimasi kapasitas produksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Integer Linier Programming. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimasi kapasitas produksi dilakukan dengan penambahan operator di SK-5 sebanyak 7 yaitu 4 di-hire, 1 diambil dari SK-6, dan 2 diambil dari SK-7. Penambahan operator juga dilakukan di SK-1 sebanyak 2 yang diambil dari SK-2 dan penambahan di SK-3 sebanyak 3 yang diambil dari SK-4. Jumlah produksi yang optimum untuk bantal dewasa sebanyak 1130 pcs, bantal anak sebanyak 350 pcs dan bantal guling sebanyak 405 pcs. Hasil optimum ini memberikan penambahan profit sebesar 39,36% dibandingkan dengan kondisi awal tanpa penambahan operator.Downloads
