SISTEM PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PRODUK DISPERSANT DI INDUSTRI KIMIA
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Seiring dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi, kondisi persaingan yang ada di dunia usaha saat ini semakin ketat. Hal ini disebabkan tuntutan konsumen terhadap suatu produk tidak terbatas pada harga dan kualitas saja tetapi juga pada pelayanan yang diberikan. Pelayanan yang dimaksud tersebut dapat berupa ketersediaan produk yang diinginkan konsumen pada lokasi dengan kuantitas dan kualitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Studi diawali dengan penentuan teknik peramalan yang paling sesuai. Selanjutnya perhitungan safety stock dan reorder point yang paling tepat. Kemudian perencanaan persedian bahan baku dengan karakteristik tingkat permintaan yang bervariasi dilakukan dengan teknik lot size Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Lot For Lot untuk mendapatkan biaya penyimpanan yang paling rendah.

ABSTRACT
Along with the development and advancement of technology, competitive conditions are increasingly tight. This is not only due to consumer demand for a product is not limited to the price and quality, but also on the service provided. The service in question may be the availability of a product that consumers want on the location with quantity and quality according to the needs. The studi began with deterimining appropriate forecasting method used. Then calculate safety stock and reorder point of raw materials. Further material supply planning was done by using data with demand levels vary using a model of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Lot For Lot to determine the one with lowest cost.
