Analisis Faktor yang Memengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Bengkel Otomotif Menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda

PT. Tunas Toyota Batu Tulis merupakan bengkel dan dealer resmi otomotif merek Toyota yang mengalami peningkatan jumlah pelanggan pada bulan Maret hingga September 2022. Usulan penelitian difokuskan untuk mencari hubungan menggunakan analisis faktor antara “Lingkungan kerja fisik” (), dengan “Lingkungan kerja psikis” (), “Pendapatan” “Jabatan” (), dan “Pengalaman” () terhadap “Motivasi kerja karyawan” (Y) di Tunas Toyota Batu Tulis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel “Motivasi kerja karyawan” dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel “Lingkungan kerja fisik” sebesar 0,150, variabel “Lingkungan kerja psikis” sebesar -0,250, variabel “Pendapatan” sebesar 0,004, variabel “Jabatan” sebesar 0,442, dan variabel “Pengalaman” sebesar -0,279. Maka persamaan yang mewakili keadaan di lapangan, dapat dituliskan sebagai Y = 2,290 + 0,150 - 0,250 + 0,004 + 0,442 - 0,279 yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar variabel (X) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap “Motivasi kerja karyawan” (Y) adalah variabel “Jabatan” ().
