Pemanfaatan Google Spreadsheet dan Google Studio Sebagai Dashboard Pengelolaan Gudang dengan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) di Perusahaan Pengolah Makanan Laut

Objek Penelitian adalah sebuah perusahaan pengolah makanan laut yang melayani konsumen domestik dan internasional. Saat ini pengelolaan data stok barang masih menggunakan proses manual, sehingga sering menimbulkan kesalahan data dan human error. Berdasarkan data penjualan bulan Juni 2023, setidaknya terdapat delapan kali kesalahan input data sehingga merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeliminasi kesalahan input data dengan mengaplikasikan Google Spreadsheet dan Google Studio sebagai dashboard pengelolaan gudang dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan EOQ dan implementasi dashboard visualisasi data dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan stok dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
