ANALISIS PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BUSBAR BERDASARKAN SISTEM MRP (MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING) DI PT. TIS
Abstract
Persaingan dunia industri yang semakin ketat sekarang ini menuntut perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang kompetitif dan waktu pengiriman yang memuaskan. Untuk dapat memenangkan persaingan ini, industri perlu didukung oleh kemampuan produksi yang memadai dan stok material yang optimal. Perencanaan persediaan bahan baku Cu Busbar yang tepat untuk pembutaan panel listrik dirasa dapat menjadi alasan yang kuat agar PT TIS dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar saat ini. Dalam merencanakan bahan baku ini digunakan 4 metode peramalan yaitu Simple Moving Average (SMA), Weight Moving Average (WMA), Exponential Smoothing, dan Linear Regreasion. Setelah membandingkan ketiga metode ini dihasilkan data bahwa dengan metode peramalan Exponential Smoothing menghasilkan nilai error (MAPE) paling kecil yaitu 43 %. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan materal menggunakan 3 metode MRP Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity dan Period Order Quantity. Hasil perbandingan dari ketiga metode tersebut menghasilkan bahwa dengan metode MRP Period Order Quantity memerlukan biaya yang paling efisien, yaitu sebesar Rp 64.973.500,-.
