ANALISIA PENERAPAN METODE HIRARC (HAZARD IDENTIFICATION RISK ASSESSMENT AND RISK CONTROL) DAN HAZOPS (HAZARD AND OPERABILITY STUDY) DALAM KEGIATAN IDENTIFIKASI POTENSI BAHAYA DAN RESIKO PADA PROSES UNLOADING UNIT DI PT. TOYOTA ASTRA MOTOR
Abstrak
Hirarc (hazard identification risk assessment and risk control) dan hazops (hazard and operability study) adalah metode identifikasi yang digunakan untuk meninjau hazard suatu operasi atau proses secara sistematis, teliti dan terstruktur yang dapat menimbulkan resiko merugikan bagi manusia, fasilitas, lingkungan, atau sistem yang ada serta menjelaskan penanggulangan resiko. Tingkat/level implementasi suatu program berdasarkan hirarc dikatakan efektif atau tidak, diketahui melalui kombinasi tingkat kinerja program dan tingkat kecelakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara. pengolahan data dimulai dengan menghitung tingkat kinerja implementasi program dari hirarc yang sudah berjalan dan tingkat kecelakaan kerja di area unloading unit dengan truk car carrier tipe semi trailer sehingga dari kedua data tersebut akan di dapat tingkat/level implementasi dari program. selanjutnya diidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan penanggulangannya dengan metode hazops sehingga didapatkan perbandingan antara kedua metode tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa level/tingkat implementasi program dari hirarc pada proses unloading unit dengan truk car carrier tipe semi trailer berada pada tingkat 2 (cukup aman) dengan kategori warna kuning. Hazard yang memiliki nilai resiko ekstrim pada proses unloading dengan menggunakan metode hazops, yaitu tangga terlepas, masalah ketinggian, tejepit tangga dan masalah pada sling.
