PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. TIRTA VARIA INTIPRATAMA JAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work safety on job satisfaction at Pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. The object of research is all permanent employees who work at Pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. The research population is all permanent employees of PT. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta with a total of 118 employees, using the Slovin formula determined 92 respondents as a sample. Data collection method with quantitative descriptive. The data obtained is based on the results of distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis method with Multiple Linear Regression, with SPSS.25. The results of the study stated that the variable work motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and work safety had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at Pt Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. It is recommended for companies to pay more attention to employees to increase the level of job satisfaction obtained by each employee and for further research to develop other variables to measure employee job satisfaction.
