PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI, DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi PT.Bank Permata Tbk)

Abstract


This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Permata Tbk. The population in this study amounted to 105 employees of the Desk Collcetion section with a total sample of 66 members of the Desk Collcetion. The research design used is quantitative. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used is the SPSS version 24 application. The results of this research show (1) Leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Compensation by partial positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) Autocratic leadership style, compensation, and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The simultaneous effect is 49.8% while the remaining 50.2% is influenced by other variables outside this regression model, such as work performance, loyalty, performance, citizenship behavior, productivity, and others
