Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of leadership style, work motivation and work culture on employee performance at REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center. Type of survey research with descriptive model which is one of quantitative techniques. Population of all employees of REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center. Accidental sampling sampling technique. Determination of samples using Slovin formula found a sample of 148 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that the variables of leadership, work motivation and work culture are correlations between independent variables (leadership, work motivation and work culture) to the dependent variable (employee performance) and have a moderate to strong relationship, in addition, the percentage of donation the influence of leadership variables, work motivation and work culture on employee performance is high enough, while the rest is influenced by other variables. Suggestion for further research is, doing research of the influence of career ladder factor, salary, work stress, work environment so that can know which factor more influence to improve employee performance at REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center
