PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA MCCLELLAND , KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA PADA DIREKTORAT JENDERAL KETAHANAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN AKSES INDUSTRI INTERNASIONAL

Abstract


Based on secondary data from the government employee' performance of the
Directorate General of Resilience and the Development of International Industrial Access from 2014 - 2017 there was an average decline in employee' performance of around 4%. The number of samples in this study were 82 samples from the total population of 87 employees. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) and processed using SmartPLS software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variables: 1) McClelland's work motivation has a positive value and has a significant effect on employee performance; 2) Transformational leadership has a positive value and has a significant effect on the non-physical work environment; 3) The non-physical work environment has a positive value and has a significant effect on the McClelland's work motivation; 4) McClelland's work motivation, transformational leadership and non-physical work environment simultaneously have positive values and have a significant effect on employee performance. This study concludes that employee performance can be improved by building McClelland's work motivation, improving transformational leadership quality and creating a good non-physical work environment.
