Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must comply with the journal’s focus and scope as well as the author guidelines. Submissions are required to demonstrate scientific merit and originality that are relevant to the journal’s scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are strongly encouraged to perform similarity checks prior to submission. The editorial team conducts plagiarism screening using Anti-Plagiarism Software.

Each submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process involving at least two expert reviewers. Reviewers provide constructive and scientific feedback to improve the quality of the manuscript. The evaluation focuses on originality, contribution, relevance, and clarity of presentation. The review process generally takes approximately 6 weeks.

The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance is made by the Editors based on the reviewers’ recommendations. Accepted articles are scheduled for publication by the Editor-in-Chief, considering the acceptance date, thematic relevance, and geographical distribution of authors.

To ensure an efficient editorial process, the Editors may conduct an initial screening and decide on submissions without external review if the manuscript does not meet the journal’s standards or scope. Authors will be informed of editorial decisions and revision requests via email.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration (More about LOCKSS system).
