Perancangan Website Rumah Sakit dr.Noesmir Baturaja Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD)

Website merupakan sebuah media informasi yang disampaikan secara digital. Seorang pengguna website harus berada pada level of design sophistication dari semua antarmuka grafis beserta isi dari sebuah website. Peran pengguna sangat dibutuhkan karena seorang pengguna yang akan berinteraksi langsung dengan sistem yang dibuat, kebutuhan dari pengguna harus tersedia dan bisa diakses dengan nyaman dalam sebuah website. Pada sebuah rumah sakit tentara dr. noesmir baturaja akan melakukan pembuatan website dalam mendukung pelayanan dan pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai layanan kesehatan yang bisa diakses dengan mudah. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode user centered design (UCD) dalam perancangan website dengan tujuan website yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan keinginan dari pengguna. Dengan melakukan kuesioner dan wawancara kepada pasien, tenaga medis dan tenaga non medis dilingkungan rumah sakit dr. noesmir baturaja. Kesioner dan interview ini akan menghasilkan keinginan rancangan sebuah website yang akan dibuat. Evaluasi dari website ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 50 responden dalam kuesioner yang menyatakan website yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan dari pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website rumah sakit tentara dr.noesmir baturaja. Prototype website ini dapat dikunjungi dengan alamat URL http://rstdktbaturaja.com/.
