Website alumni merupakan suatu website yang dirancang khusus untuk dapat membantu alumni dan mahasiswa, kepuasan alumni dan mahasiswa sebagai stakeholder merupakan bagian yang penting bagi perguruan tinggi, tata kelola website alumni yang baik perlu dilakukan. Website terkadang mengalami gangguan misalnya sistem yang down, erorr saat melakukan registrasi, dan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harapan dan penilaian pengguna terhadap kualitas Website alumni, serta idikator yang harus ditingkatkan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas Website alumni. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) berdasarkan indikator WebQual 4.0. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 161 responden alumni pada perguruan tinggi, serta melakukan wawancara kepada Bagian kemahasiswaan serta bagian pengembangan Sistem Informasi. Hasil dari pemetaan diagram IPA, kuadran I diisi oleh indikator website menyampaikan rasa kompetensi (dapat Diperoleh setiap saat), website menyediakan informasi dengan detail, dan pengguna merasa aman terhadap informasi pribadinya (informasi tidak pernah hilang atau berubah), tiga indikator tersebut harus menjadi konsentrasi Bagian Pengembangan Sistem Informasi untuk melakukan perbaikan pada Website alumni.
