Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Motivasi, Diklat, Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Unit Penjualan PT AIND ” bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, diklat dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada unit penjualan PT AIND. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 67 karyawan yang bekerja pada Unit Penjualan di PT AIND. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Program SPSS versi 24. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Variabel Motivasi dan Variabel Diklat terhadap Variabel Kinerja karyawan yang bekerja pada Unit Penjualan PT AIND. Namun terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dari Variabel Komitmen terhadap Variabel Kinerja karyawan yang bekerja pada Unit Penjualan PT AIND. Disarankan kepada para manajer penjualan di PT AIND perlu mempertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan diklat karyawan pada Unit Penjualan supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada unit ini.References
