Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis motivasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (divison Customer Satisfaction) yang belum maksimal, dikarenakan pencapaian hasil penilaian kinerja pada 2 viskal terakhir 17L dan 18F terjadi penurunan disetiap Indikator penilaian, hal ini sangat berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Divison Customer Satisfaction) sebanyak 110 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah populasi 86 orang karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi secara bersama – sama (Simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (Divison Customer Satisfaction).
