PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. XYZ INDONESIA DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

ABSTRACT. This study examines the effect of Workload and Adversity Quotient on Employee Performance of PT. XYZ Indonesia with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. A total of 92 employees were respondents in this study. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach and using a Likert scale as a questionnaire assessment tool. The data analysis method used is the SmartPLS software. The results showed that Workload has a significant direct effect on Employee Motivation and Performance, Adversity Quotient has a significant direct effect on Employee Motivation and Performance, and Motivation has a significant direct effect on Employee Performance. In addition, there is no indirect effect of Workload on Employee Performance through Work Motivation, and there is an indirect effect of Adversity Quotient on Employee Performance through Work Motivation.
ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Adversity Quotient terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. XYZ Indonesia dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Sebayak 92 orang karyawan menjadi responden penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan skala Likert sebagai alat penilaian kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Beban Kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan, Adversity Quotient memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan, dan Motivasi memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu, tidak ada pengaruh tidak langsung Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja, dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Adversity Quotient terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja.
