ANALISA PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK DENGAN MODEL SUPPLAY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE (SCOR) PT. XYZ DI BOGOR

Abstract This study analyzed company performance using Supply Chain Operation Reference Model (SCOR). The purpose of this study was to determine the application of supply chain model by using SCOR model by measuring performance of the supply chain management at PT. XYZ. This study is categorized of business research which uses qualitative research methods. The population of this study was all activity of PT. XYZ since 1996 with sample of delay delivery data for period January to December 2018 for all customers. Technical analysis used in this researched was metric system for assessing performance of supply chain which consist 3 levels, namely level 1, level 2 and level 3. Result of analysis indicate that performance supply chain of PT.XYZ was less efficient because the metric measurement at level 1 of PT.XYZ especially POF and OFCT shown below the benchmarked/company target. POF result 78% is below the parity target while company set target of POF as superior 95%. Root caused analysis using fishbone diagram to find the main problem was raw materials are not available to accommodate the orders, and solution given was control and monitor raw material safety stock level to ensure raw materials ready when customer order received.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model rantai pasok dengan menggunakan SCOR model dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja terhadap manajemen rantai pasok di PT. XYZ di Cileungsi Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan kategori riset bisnis yang menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua kegiatan PT.XYZ yang berdiri sejak 1996 dengan jumlah sample dari data keterlambatan untuk semua pelanggan dari Januari sampai dengan Desember 2018. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sistem metrik untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok yang terdiri dari level 1, level 2 dan level 3. Penilitian ini menunjukkan kondisi rantai pasok PT. XYZ di Bogor kurang efisien karena metrik pengukuran yang dimiliki PT. XYZ khususnya nilai POF dan OFCT berada dibawah target/benchmark yang ditetapkan. Nilai POF 78% adalah berada di bawah parity sementara perusahaan menetapkan target POF adalah superior 95%. Hasil analisa dalam mencari akar masalah telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan fishbone diagram terhadap SCOR level 2 menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku yang tidak tersedia tepat waktu menjadi penyebab utama dari nilai POF 78%. Solusi utama yang diterapkan adalah dengan melakukan control terhadap safety stock level sehingga ketersediaan bahan baku dapat terjaga.
