Sebagai wujud implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi pada poin Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), Universitas Negeri Surabaya dalam Penanganan COVID-19 melalui Unit Crisis Centre dan BEM Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya membentuk Tim PKM untuk melakukan kegiatan "Health to Live, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Pembuatan dan Penditribusian Masker dan Handsanitizer ditengah Pandemic Covid-19 di Kelurahan Jambangan dan Pagesangan Kota Surabaya".
