Focus and Scope

The Committee proudly invite academicians, practitioners, observers/experts and university students in Economics and Business to present their research papers and share ideas in this journal.  Expected research findings or the new ideas can be made into consideration and input for policyholders, corporate top management decisions, academicians, other researches, and practitioners to the application of technology, innovation, and management, in developing the potential of national business in particular related to economy, business, and management sectors.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection softaware to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin or other plagiarims software.

The manuscript who submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. Submitted papers are evaluated by anonymous referees by Single Blind Peer Review for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The Editor Board shall inform the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 2 months.

Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments. Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief by considering sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.

Please notice that because of the great number of submissions that Journal of Fundamental Management (JFM) has received during the last few months the duration of the review process can be up to 3 months. Plagiarism scanning will be conducted with the help of Google Scholar and an Anti-Plagiarism Software.

Publication Frequency

Journal of Fundamental Management (JFM) is available in a Print version and Online version published by Universitas Mercu Buana and was regularly published 3 (tree) times in 1 (one) year, ie in Maret, Juli and November.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
