Penerapan Total Quality Management Pada Koperasi di Era Industri 4.0

bahwa di tengah revolusi industri 4.0 koperasi masih bertahan, namun tidak dapat bersaing dengan badan usaha lainnya, padahal koperasi merupakan salah satu tonggak perekonomian bangsa Indonesia yang dapat memperbaiki keadaan perekonomian Indonesia. Agar dapat bertahan koperasi harus melakukan proses adaptasi dengan digitalisasi industri tersebut dengan menerapkan Total Quality Management dimana seluruh kegiatan dalam koperasi dilakuan secara sistematis dengan tujuan untuk mengutamakan kebutuhan anggota, dengan pengelolaan terhadap seluruh sistem dan kegiatan dalam koperasi secara menyeluruh.
