Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Komitmen Karyawan di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 53 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di PT.Protindo Jakarta SelatanUnduhan
