PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE CREATION, KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN KNOWLEDGE APPLICATION TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN TETAP NON DOSEN (STUDI PADA UNIVERSITAS MERCU BUANA)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses knowledge management yang terdiri dari knowledge creation, knwoledge sharing dan knowledge application terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan tetap non dosen (Studi pada Universitas Mercu Buana). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian meliputi
seluruh karyawan tetap non dosen pada Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebesar 116 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel proporsional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji instrumen dan uji
asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan analisa korelasi antar dimensi dengan bantuan program SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge creation, knowledge sharing dan knowledge application berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan. Knowledge creation tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan, sedangkan knowledge sharing dan knowledge application berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan. Dimensi kombinasi pada variabel knowledge creation berkorelasi sedang dengan kepercayaan, dimensi koleksi pada variabel knowledge sharing berkorelasi kuat dengan percaya diri dan dimensi mekanisme pada knowledge application berkorelasi kuat dengan percaya diri. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambah variabel lain dari proses knowledge management yang belum digunakan dengan object atau populasi yang berbeda.
