Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional dan
kepuasan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan departemen business development. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan serta metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode
penjelasan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 83 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.
Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan
kerja berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan
