PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOHESIVITAS KELOMPOK TERHADAP KINERJA PENDAMPING PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DI KOTA BEKASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan kohesivitas kelompok terhadap kinerja pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.
Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner kepada responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi yang terdiri dari motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kohesivitas kelompok yang terdiri dari forming, norming, performing dan storming memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji t variable motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, karena Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan temuan dalam penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable motivasi dan kohesivitas kelompok mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja t hitung = 3.812, lebih besar dari t table signifikan 0.05 (t-tabel = 1.661). sedangkan variable kohesivitas kelompok juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, karena t hitung = 4.016 lebih besar dari t table signifikan 0.05 (t-tabel = 1.661). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan temuan dalam penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable motivasi dan kohesivitas kelompok mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pendamping PKH di Kota Bekasi.
