Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh ketiga
variabel (motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan) terhadap produktifitas kerja dalam pencapaian target yang
diberikan oleh suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Dari hasil analisa data dan pengujian hipotesis terhadap
185 Personal Banking Officer (PBO) dengan sampel 65 PBO di Jakarta dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa
untuk hubungan tiga variabel bebas ; motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama sangat
menentukan produktifitas kerja sebesar 40,8% kemudian variabel disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara
bersama-sama sangat menentukan produktifitas kerja sebesar 40,8% sedangkan variabel bebas secara
terpisah adalah variabel kepemimpinan dengan presentase sebesar 34,9% jika dibandingkan dengan kedua
variabel bebas lainnya. Dengan demikian motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja PBO.
