PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS SENTRA OPERASI TERMINAL PT.ANGKASA PURA II

Dalam penelitian ini membahas Pengaruh antara Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT.
Angkasa Pura II. Data diperoleh dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 38 orang pegawai sebagai
responden. Hipotesis yang dilakukan adalah diduga adanya pengaruh antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja
terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Angkasa Pura II.Dengan menggunakan alat uji analisis SPSS maka didapat
nilai pada tabel Model Summary nilai R sebesar 0,627, artinya menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat. R square
adalah koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan persentase pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y. Nilai
R square sebesar 0,393 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama (simultan)
terhadap Y adalah sebesar 39,3%, sedangkan sisanya (100% - 39,3%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
Persamaan regresi yang terbentuk Y = 21,015 + 0,396 X

(X1) dan Motivasi (X2) ditingkatkan maka dapat menambah Kinerja Pegawai Pelayanan Kebandarudaraan
(Y).
