ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN NILAI OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) SEBAGAI DASAR UNTUK PERBAIKAN DI MESIN HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN LEAN MANUFACTURING (STUDI KASUS PADA PT ASTRA OTOPARTS TBK DIVISI NUSAMETAL)

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya biaya lembur sebesar Rp 4,28 milyar di mesin HPDC selama periode Januari – Oktober 2014 di mana menurut perhitungan PPIC kapasitas produksi mencukupi tanpa adanya lembur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja mesin High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) di PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Divisi Nusametal apakah sudah mencapai perusahaan kelas dunia sesuai visi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Dari hasil perhitungan nilai OEE akan dibandingkan dengan standar nilai OEE untuk perusahaan level dunia. Di samping itu juga dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan identifikasi six big losses penyebab terjadinya downtime di proses HPDC. Data penelitian merupakan data Laporan Harian Produksi untuk periode Januari sampai dengan Desember 2014. Dari hasil perhitungan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE di mesin HPDC adalah 61,60% yang berarti PT Astra Otoparts Tbk Divisi Nusametal belum masuk perusahaan level dunia. Berdasarkan identifikasi six big losses, breakdown mesin menyumbang downtime sebesar 51%, diikuti setup and adjustment sebesar 26%, production rejects sebesar 17%, dan small stops sebesar 6%. Berdasarkan kategori OEE, downtime loss berkontribusi terbesar atas terjadinya downtime mesin yaitu sebesar 77%, diikuti quality loss sebesar 17%, dan speed loss sebesar 6%.Unduhan
