Evaluasi Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance Terhadap Nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness di Mesin Aerosole Cone

Total productive maintenance telah banyak diterapkan di industri sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas mesin dengan mengevaluasi efektivitas mesin. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan mengeliminasi kerugian terbesar yang disebut Six Big Losses. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mesin Aerosole Cone di PT. United Can Company yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) melalui penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pada mesin Aerosole Cone. Sebelum diterapkannya TPM, nilai OEE yang tercatat adalah 68,2%. Analisa menggunakan Six Big Losses mengidentifikasi bahwa kerugian terbesar terjadi pada Equipment Failure Losses sebesar 21,37%. Setelah penerapan TPM, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai OEE menjadi 80,9%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa TPM efektif dalam mengurangi kerugian operasional dan meningkatkan kinerja peralatan. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya TPM sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam lingkungan manufaktur.
