ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA PADA PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN KOLOM PRECAST DAN KONVENSIONAL

Factory Project Bekasi merupakan struktur dengan luas bangunan 13.193,50 m
dan tinggi bangunan 13,666 m.
Bangunan ini dikerjakan dengan menggunakan beton dan baja yang menumpang pada atas beton. Pada struktur
kolom menggunakan dua metode pelaksanaan, yaitu metode precast dan metode konvensional. Penelitian
dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan di lapangan dan studi literatur. Dari data-data tersebut dilakukan
analisis dengan menggunakan metode RAB dan CPM. Dari kedua metode tersebut, didapat hasil perbedaan
kebutuhan biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk mengerjakan kolom. Pekerjaan kolom menggunakan metode
precast lebih cepat 1 hari dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional akan tetapi metode precast lebih mahal
Rp. 2.032.286 dari pada metode konvensional.
