EVALUASI PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEKESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA UNTUK MENCAPAI ZERO ACCIDENT PADA PROYEK THE PAKUBUWONO SPRING, JAKARTA SELATAN

Pekerjaan konstruksi merupakan kegiatan yang cukup banyak menggunakan berbagai peralatan, baik canggih
maupun manual. Perlatan ini dilaksanakan di lahan yang terbatas luasnya dalam berbagai jenis kegiatan
sehingga menyebabkan resiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan. Untuk mengetasi hal tersebut, maka dilakukan
pendekatan sistem yaitu penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Karena pada
prinsipnya kecelakaan kerja akibat perbuatan manusia bisa dicegah dengan pengawasan dan kualifikasi SMK3
yang diperketat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi penerapan SMK3,
untuk mengetahui aspek apakah yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan SMK3 dan untuk
mengetahui evaluasi tentang SMK3 yan dilakukan oleh kontaktor agar tercapai zero accident pada proyek The
Pakubuwono Spring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner, dan diolah menggunakan
SPSS23 untuk uji validasi, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier.Didapatkan aspek-aspek K3 yang mempengaruhi
pencapaian zero accident yaitu aspek kebijakan, aspek perencanaan, aspek operasi dan penerapan, aspek
pemeriksaan dan perbaikan, dan aspek tinjauan manajemen, kemudian aspek K3 yang paling dominan adalah
aspek kebijakan, dan aspek perencanaan.
