Pada masa perkembangan teknologi yang pesat saat ini , berbagai bidang perusahaan mulai memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada untuk mengembangkan perusahaanya, pertemuan dengan clientpun dapat di atur dengan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pemesanan ruang meeting, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengatur jadwal meeting dengan kesepakatan yang sudah di setujui bersama client. Pada PT. JAC untuk memesan ruang meeting masih menggunakan formulir yang di tulis menggunakan bolpoin , dan tidak ada pengaturan jadwal yang rutin bagi setiap divisi yang ada, dimana permasalahan ini muncul ketika ruang meeting penuh dan tidak adanya penjadwalan tetap bagi divisi yang akan meeting setiap minggunya, dalam mengatasi masalah diatas dengan mengatur pemesanan dan penjadwalan ruang meeting menggunakan sebuah aplikasi di harapkan penggunaan ruang meeting menjadi efisien bagi setiap divisi dan staff di PT. JAC, Algoritma yang di gunakan untuk mengatur penjadwalan meeting rutin pada setiap divisi menggunakan algoritma color graph untuk menghindari terjadinya pemakaian yang bersamaan. Hasil dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk mengurangi waktu untuk memesan dan menentukan jadwal ruang meeting yang tersedia dan juga terbatas.
