Studi Implementasi Metode Queueing Melalui Teknologi Medical Imaging Pada PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)

Abstract—Penelitian ini berisi tentang studi literatur terkait penggunaan Metode Queueing pada modalitiy medical imaging di rumah sakit yaitu PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) dimana studi literatur tersebut di maksudkan untuk menemukan suatu pemahaman apakah Metode Queueing memiliki suatu implikasi dalam penerapannya pada modalitity PACS dan hal lainnya juga apakah metode queueing juga dapat di implikasikan dalam hal antrian bila di lihat dari proses pelayanan antrian di suatu rumah sakit dalam menggunakan PACS, tidak hanya sampai di situ Metode Queueing juga dapat di implementasikan dalam manajemen kualitas jaringan dimana hal tersebut juga dapat di telaah dalam penggunaan modalitas PACS di suatu rumah sakit. Setelah di lakukan studi literatur dapat di temukan suatu kesimpulan bahwa metode Queuing dapat di implementasikan pada mode pelayanan berbasis kesehatan di antaranya sebagai suatu model perhitungan antrian pasien dan juga mengatur penggunaan bandwith dalam melihat kualitas jaringan.
