PERBANDINGAN SIMULASI ANTRIAN SERVICE MOBIL BENGKEL PASS DENGAN CLUSTERING UNTUK MEMINIMASI WAKTU PELAYANAN DALAM SISTEM

Kebutuhan konsumen untuk melakukan servis kendaraanya semakin besar pada Divisi Service Bengkel PASS Palembang. Adanya antrian yang belum mendapatkan pelayanan, jenis pekerjaan yang semakin kompleks, jumlah mekanik dan jumlah stall akan mempengaruhi lama konsumen didalam sistem untuk melakukan service kendaraannya. Pemodelan sistem dibangun dengan software Promodel 7.0 pemodelan tersebut menggunakan mobil konsumen yang akan dilakukan service sebagai entitas, 10 mekanik dan 10stall sebagai resource. Pada sistem nyata, rata-rata lama konsumen di pendaftaran 4,35 menit, rata-rata lama pelayanan seluruh stall adalah 90.63 menit, rata-rata waktu keseluruhan 94,98 menit rata-rata waktu tunggu 4,35 menit, rata-rata jumlah output adalah 45,75 mobil perhari, dari data rata-rata keuntungan per bulannya Rp393,981,045. Model simulasi sistem nyata menghasilkan rata-rata lama konsumen di pendaftaran selama 6,19 menit, rata-rata lama pelayanan seluruh stall adalah 74,43 menit, rata-rata waktu keselurahan adalah 84,16 menit, rata-rata waktu tunggu 9,48 menit, dan rata-rata jumlah output adalah 34,50 mobil perhari. Pada model simulasi sistem usulan penambahan stall, menghasilkan lama rata-rata pelayanan di pendaftaran 1,23 menit dan rata-rata lama pelayanan di stall adalah 53,57 menit rata-rata waktu keseluruhan adalah 55,42 menit, rata-rata waktu tunggu 1,85 menit, rata-rata jumlah output 46,75 mobil per hari, perusahaan mendapatkan rata-rata keuntungan per bulan sebesar Rp568,408,914. Pada bulan pertama, keuntungannya dikurangi Rp. 35.000.000,00 sebagai biaya pengembalian investasi. Pada sistem simulasi usulan clustering menghasilkan lama rata-rata pelayanan di pendaftaran 3,12 menit, rata-rata waktu tunggu 5,15 menit, rata-rata lama pelayanan stall 61,49 menit, rata-rata waktu keseluruhan 66,88 menit, dan rata-rata jumlah output 42,50 mobil per hari dan rata-rata keuntungan usulan clustering per bulan Rp 514,842,521
