Pengembangan Sistem Aplikasi Mobile Kehadiran Kinerja Karyawan Berbasis GIS Dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus: PT. Ameliore Solusi Analitika)

Aplikasi mobile di masa kini terus berkembang pesat dan mempunyai akses yang sederhana yang telah tertanam dalam kehidupan masyarakat di kegiatan sehari-hari. PT. Ameliore adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang IT Consultant. Bidang SDM dari perusahaan tersebut ingin memastikan karyawannya yang bekerja di kantor hadir di tempat dan performansi kinerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh instansi tersebut. Untuk ini, penulis memproposikan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan Agile Methodology sebagai metode pengembangan dan Flutter framework sebagai pondasi untuk mengimplementasikan sistem aplikasi mobile pencatatan kehadiran dan kinerja karyawan di PT. Ameliore Solusi Analitika. Hasilnya, Sistem yang dirancang penulis mengandalkan pihak internal untuk menambahkan data karyawan baru. Pemantauan Absensi yang lebih detail, Dashboard pemantauan sudah bisa melacak jumlah karyawan yang hadir tetapi bukan siapa yang hadir
