Studi Tekno-Ekonomi Bata CLC (Cellular Leightweight Concrete) Sebagai Pengganti Bata Konvensional

Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) merupakan salah satu teknologi beton aerasi yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai suatu usaha kecil dan menengah. Bata CLC memiliki karakteristik yang ringan dan baik untuk digunakan sebagai komponen non struktural seperti pada dinding bangunan. Sebagai usaha baru di pasar, bata CLC perlu dilakukan analisis tekno-ekonomi bata CLC sebagai pengganti bata konvensional berdasarkan proyek percontohan yang telah dilakukan. Dari proyek percontohan diperoleh produk CLC yang memenuhi standar persyaratan dengan nilai kerapatan 900-1000 kg/m3 dan kuat tekan sebesar 2.9 - 3.85 MPa. Hasil analisa tekno-ekonomi menunjukkan kelayakan finansial dengan nilai pengembalian investasi (ROI) sebesar 13.10%. Perbandingan biaya pekerjaan per meter persegi bata CLC juga menunjukan biaya yang lebih kompetitif bila dibandingan dengan bata merah biasa. Oleh karena itu bata CLC layak dikembangkan sebagai peluang usaha.
