Antena Susun Series Fed 1×8 untuk Aplikasi 5G di Frekuensi 28 GHz

Abstrak— Telekomunikasi berperan penting terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup manusia. Salah satunya adalah tersedianya sarana komunikasi agar manusia bisa saling tukar informasi satu dengan lainnya meskipun manusia terpaut oleh jarak sangat jauh. Keberadaan manusia yang stasioner maupun dinamis menjadikan permintaan terhadap telekomunikasi berkembang secara cepat salah satunya adalah teknologi 5G. Kehadiran teknologi 5G menawarkan sebuah sistem telekomunikasi yang lebih maju dari teknologi sebelumnya. Sehingga untuk merealisasikan sitem tersebut, dibutuhkan perangkat-perangkat yang memadai salah satunya adalah antena. Antena adalah sebuah perangkat penting dalam realisasi 5G yang berfungsi untuk mengirimkan dan menerima sinyal informasi antar penggunanya. Penelitian ini menawarkan perancangan antena mikrostrip yang disusun 1×8 yang direalisasikan pada frekuensi 28 GHz untuk aplikasi 5G. Hasil pengukuran diperoleh nilai return loss sebesar -21,6251 dB VSWR sebesar 1,1809, impedansi sebesar 74,196 ꭥ, dan juga bandwidth sebesar 0,8579 GHz pada rentang frekuensi 27,4962 GHz – 28,3541 GHz.
