Perancangan Sistem Otomatisasi dan Monitoring Perangkat Perawatan Tanaman Hias Berbasis Internet of Things

Di Indonesia, trend merawat tanaman hias adalah salah satu hobi yang terus berulang setiap tahunnya dengan berbagai jenis tanaman yang berbeda – beda dan metode perawatan yang beragam sesuai dengan jenis tanaman. Sayangnya, padatnya rutinitas di perkotaan membuat tidak semua pemilik tanaman dapat selalu merawat tanaman mereka secara rutin, terkadang ada hal – hal yang membuat mereka tidak dapat selalu berada di dekat tanaman mereka sehingga tidak memungkinkan bagi mereka untuk merawat tanaman mereka sebagaimana mestinya. Untuk itu, perangkat perawatan tanaman hias berbasis internet of things (IoT) ini dibuat untuk menawarkan solusi bagi para pemilik tanaman hias untuk dapat merawat tanaman mereka secara otomatis dan dapat dipantau dari kejauhan. Pada perangkat ini, sensor digunakan untuk mengukur kelembaban tanah, suhu udara, kelembaban udara, dan intensitas cahaya yang terdapat di sekitar tanaman. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor akan dikirimkan dari ESP8266 ke smartphone pengguna untuk dapat ditampilkan pada sebuah aplikasi blynk. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memungkinkan pemilik tanaman untuk dapat menyesuaikan nilai variabel sensor yang terdapat pada perangkat untuk disesuaikan dengan jenis tanaman yang akan dilakukan perawatan melalui pengaturan yang terdapat pada aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, setiap sensor memiliki berbagai persentase kesalahan perhitungannya masing – masing, dengan rincian : kesalahan pembacaan sensor soil moisture sebesar 1,303%, kesalahan pembacaan sensor dht11 sebesar 1,56% untuk suhu udara dan 13% untuk kelembaban udara, dan kesalahan pembacaan sensor light dependent resistor sebesar 1,245%. Selain itu, aplikasi juga dapat menampilkan data yang di terima dari ketiga sensor yang terdapat pada perangkat.Downloads
