Sistem Kontrol Lampu Lalu Lintas Untuk Layanan Darurat Berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT)

Mobil ambulan merupakan salah satu kendaraan darurat yang harus diutamakan perjalanannya, namun faktanya pada saat ambulan melintas mendapatkan beberapa masalah saat melaju dijalan raya. Seperti halnya saat berada dipersimpangan. Ketika lampu lalu lintas sedang merah dan terjadi antrian kendaraan yang panjang maka ambulan sulit untuk melaju, hal seperti ini yang menggangu tugas dari ambulan tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat alat berupa sistem kontrol lampu lalu lintas untuk meminimalisir terjadinya antrian pada mobil ambulan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan sebuah inovasi untuk mengatur lampu lalu lintas supaya jika ada ambulan yang melintas dan terjadi antrian maka lampu lalu lintas tersebut dapat dikontrol oleh pengemudi ambulan. Dalam pembuatan sistem kontrol lampu lalu lintas ini menggunakan web server sebagai inputan yang digunakan untuk mengontrol lampu lalu lintas, 4 buah lampu lalu lintas yang dipasang di persimpangan, dan 1 buah LCD sebagai pemberi informasi status lampu lalu lintas. Semua rangkaian dikendalkan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa web server mampu mengontrol lampu lalu lintas dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90,6%, LCD dapat menampilkan informasi mengenai keadaan lampu lalu lintas dengan menjelaskan lampu lalu lintas dalam keadaan prioritas.
