PERANCANGAN SISTEM KONTROL DAN PENGAMAN MOTOR POMPA AIR TERHADAP GANGGUAN TEGANGAN DAN ARUS BERBASIS ARDUINO

Sistem kontrol dan pengaman motor pompa air berbasis arduino Uno adalah sebuah sistem kontrol yang dirancang untuk mengontrol motor pompa hidup dan matinya pompa secara otomatis, selain itu juga berfungsi sebagai pengaman motor induksi tiga fasa terhadap gangguan tegangan lebih, tegangan kurang, tegangan fasa hilang dan arus lebih. Apabila gangguan tegangan dan arus lebih pada motor induksi tiga phasa ini tidak segera diatasi maka akan menyebabkan motor induksi akan terbakar, sehingga dapat menyebabkan pompa menjadi berhenti.
Pada sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino uno sebagai perangkat utama kendali sistem. Arduino uno memperoleh informasi dari hasil pembacaan sensor level air yang terhubung dengan media air,sensor tegangan yang terhubung dengan sumber 3 fasa dan sensor Arus lebih yang terhubung dengan motor pompa.
Setelah dilakukannya proses pengujian, sistem kontrol dan pengaman pompa motor terhadap gangguan tegangan dan arus lebih, khususnya yang dibuat pada penelitian ini. Ketika kondisi air telah mencapai batas yang ditetapkan, maka pompa akan hidup dan mati secara otomatis ,serta pada saat terjadinya gangguan tegangan kurang atau lebih,fasa hilang dan terjadinya arus lebih sesuai dengan batas yang ditentukan maka pompa motor secara otomatis akan trip.
