Analisis Perbandingan Panel Surya P-Type dan N-Type untuk PLTS Atap Pabrik Karton Menggunakan PVsyst

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya atap semakin banyak digunakan di sektor industri sebagai alternatif energi terbarukan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap jaringan listrik konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja panel surya P-Type dan N-Type pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya yang terhubung ke jaringan di sebuah pabrik karton di Kabupaten Tangerang. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak PVsyst dengan mempertimbangkan produksi energi, kerugian energi, serta kelayakan ekonomi. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa panel surya N-Type menghasilkan energi tahunan sebesar 547.063 kWh, lebih tinggi dibandingkan panel surya P-Type yang mencapai 523.446 kWh. Rasio produksi spesifik panel surya N-Type adalah 1.443 kWh/kWp/tahun dengan performance ratio 82,20%, sedangkan panel surya P-Type mencapai 1.379 kWh/kWp/tahun dengan performance ratio 78,5%. Kerugian energi pada panel surya N-Type tercatat 78.565,36 kWh lebh rendah dibandingkan panel surya P-Type sebesar 97.194,36 kWh. Analisis ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa panel surya N-Type memiliki Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) sebesar 558,298 Rupiah per kWh, lebih rendah dibandingkan panel surya P-Type sebesar 682,46 Rupiah per kWh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa panel surya N-Type lebih unggul dalam hal efisiensi energi dan stabilitas kinerja dalam jangka panjang, sehingga dapat menjadi pilihan yang lebih optimal untuk sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya atap di pabrik Karton.
