Rancang Bangun Prototipe Emergency Locator Card Berbasis GPS dan Bluetooth Low Energy Untuk Operasi SAR Di Sungai

Operasi pencarian dan pertolongan (Search and Rescue) pada korban hanyut di sungai memiliki tingkat resiko tinggi terhadap keselamatan personel serta membutuhkan sistem pelacakan lokasi yang cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun prototipe Emergency Locator Card berbasis GPS dan Bluetooth Low Energy sebagai perangkat pendukung keselamatan personel SAR. Sistem menggunakan Soil Moisture Sensor sebagai pemicu aktivasi otomatis saat perangkat terdeteksi dalam kondisi basah. Setelah aktif, modul GPS Neo-6M memperoleh koordinat lokasi dan modul GSM SIM800L mengirimkan informasi lokasi melalui jaringan seluler ke perangkat pengguna. Bluetooth dimanfaatkan sebagai pendukung pelacakan jarak dekat, sedangkan LED dan Buzzer berfungsi sebagai indikator visual dan audio. Seluruh proses dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler ESP32. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap prototipe untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan waktu respons deteksi sensor rata-rata ±1 detik. Pengujian akurasi GPS menghasilkan error jarak sebesar 6,3% terhadap titik sebenarnya. Waktu respons total sistem sejak aktivasi hingga seluruh indikator aktif adalah 11,51 detik. Sistem mampu beroperasi selama ±2 jam pada kondisi penuh dan indikator jarak dekat berfungsi dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai perangkat pendukung operasi SAR di sungai.
