ANALISA KOORDINASI PROTEKSI INSTALASI LISTRIK PADA TERMINAL LOADING AREA (TLA), LAPANGAN MINYAK DAN GAS BUMI SENIPAH

Koordinasi proteksi adalah pemilihan alat pelindung dan penentuan setelan waktu guna menentukan daerah perlindungannya terhadap gangguan sementara dan mengkoordinasikan alat-alat perlindungan. Manfaat koordinasi alat perlindungan adalah meminimumkan daerah atau bagian yang terganggu dan menentukan tempat terjadinya gangguan. Hasil akhir dari analisa koordinasi proteksi adalah gambaran tentang bagaimana koordinasi antara circuit breaker pada jaringan sisi atas (upstream) dengan circuit breaker pada jaringan sisi bawahnya (downstream). Setiap motor bekerja pasti memerlukan suatu peralatan pengaman untuk mencegah terjadinya gangguan pada sistem. Circuit breaker adalah alat proteksi yang bekerja untuk memutuskan sirkuit saat terjadi gangguan. Ada beberapa circuit breaker yang terpasang pada instalasi motor yang saling berkoordinasi membentuk diskriminasi, agar pada saat terjadi gangguan hanya pada circuit breaker yang mengalami gangguan saja yang trip sedangkan yang lainnya tetap beroperasi. Program ecodial merupakan program yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi diskriminasi atau tidak. Hasil yang didapat dari program ecodial adalah circuit breaker pada bagian sumber dan circuit breaker pada bagian MDP terjadi diskriminasi total. circuit breaker pada SDP dengan circuit breaker pada bagian motor juga mengalami diskriminasi total, hanya pada circuit breaker PP 5, 10, dan 11 dengan SDP 5, 10, dan 11 tidak mengalami diskriminasi.
