ANALISIS UJI GETARAN PADA MESIN BOR DUDUK RYU RBD16

Analisis getaran pada mesin bor duduk untuk mengetahui berapa nilai getaran yang dihasilkan akibat adanya gerakan pada saat perlakuan berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku getaran pada mesin bor duduk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian exsperimen dengan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali percobaan dengan masing-masing waktu 30 detik pada dua bagian yakni meja dan dudukan bawah bor. Spesimen dalam perobaan ini berjumlah satu yakni baja karbon rendah. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran getaran dengan menggunakan Vibration Meter GM63A yang diukur pada bagian tengah/tempat penempatan baja serta bagian bawah yakni dudukan mesin bor. Dari data dianalisis pengaruh dari putaran mata pahat bor serta pemberian tekanan oleh tangan saat memutar akan menyebabkan kenaikan dan penurunan getaran yang terukur pada vibscaner. Hasil pengujian getaran menunjukkan : bagian tengah (1) untuk 30 detik pertama dengan hasil 02.9 mm/s2, 30 detik kedua 02.6 mm/s2, 30 detik ketiga 02.7 mm/s2. Dan bagian dudukan bawah bor (2) untuk 30 detik pertama dengan hasil 03.4 mm/s2, 30 detik kedua 03.4 mm/s2, dan 30 detik ketiga 03.5 mm/s2 dengan rata-rata untuk bagian 1 yakni 02.7 mm/s2 dan bagian 2 dengan rata-rata 03.4 mm/s2.
