Pengaruh Sudut Surya Terhadap Daya Keluaran Sel Surya 10 WP Tipe Polycristalline

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dalam pemanfaatan energi matahari adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi sel surya atau panel surya. Teknologi sel surya merupakan sebuah teknologi yang mengkonversi energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Penelitian ini membahas tentang simulasi sel surya dengan menggunakan Solar Emulator, sel surya jenis polycrystalline dengan daya keluaran maksimal 10 WP. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh sudut panel surya dengan cara mengetahui tegangan dan arus optimal berdasarkan data intensitas radiasi matahari dari tanggal 17 Maret sampai 25 Maret 2016. Variasi yang digunakan adalah variasi sudut sel surya. Metode penelitian yaitu menghidupkan solar emulator, mengatur sudut datang surya dan sudut elevasi. Lalu mengatur intensitas radiasi lampu halogen sebagai pengganti matahari dengan mengatur intensitasnya berdasarkan data intensitas radiasi matahari tersebut. Mengatur sudut sel surya. Tegangan dan arus yang keluar diperoleh dengan menyinari sel surya dengan bola lampu halogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudut panel surya yang efisien berdasarkan data yang diperoleh adalah pada sudut panel 10° dibandingkan dengan sudut panel 20° dan 30° karena pemanfaatan intensitas radiasi terbesar biasanya efektif pada waktu 10.30-14.30 WITA.
