Tekstur dan Uji Tarik Paduan Ti~4%beratAl yang Dicanai Silang

Telah dilakukan pengukuran tekstur dan uji tarik paduan Ti~4%beratAl. Pengukuran tekstur dilakukan dengan teknik difraksi sinar-x menggunakan metode refleksi yang dinyatakan dengan gambar kutub (0002). Gambar kutub (0002) diperoleh dari cuplikan paduan Ti~4%beratAl yang dicanai silang pada suhu 600°C dengan reduksi tebal 96%. Kemudian cuplikan tersebut dianil pada suhu 900°C selama 31 jam. Selanjutnya cuplikan tersebut dilakukan uji tarik arah canai, 45o dan lintang. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa tektur Ti~4%beratAl yang dicanai silang memiliki tekstur basal dan sumbu-c sejajar arah normal. Anisotropi uji tarik pada cuplikan paduan Ti~4%beratAl yang dicanai pada suhu 600oC dan dianil pada suhu 900°C selama 31 jam tidak begitu terlihat.Downloads
