Penerapan Digitalisasi Sistem Kanban Untuk Memperbaiki Tingkat Sediaan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah kelebihan persediaan (overstock) pada perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif. Berdasarkan data akhir tahun 2024, tingkat kelebihan stok mencapai 25,7%, melebihi target perusahaan sebesar 10%. Penyebab utama masalah ini diidentifikasi sebagai ketidaksesuaian antara sistem produksi dorong (push system) dengan fluktuasi permintaan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diterapkan digitalisasi sistem Kanban yang mengadopsi prinsip produksi tarik (pull system) dan pendekatan Just-In-Time (JIT). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah action research yang terdiri dari observasi langsung, wawancara, serta analisis data produksi dan persediaan. Implementasi sistem e-Kanban dimulai dengan perhitungan kebutuhan jumlah kanban berdasarkan permintaan aktual, penerapan production leveling (Heijunka), serta evaluasi hasil melalui pengukuran persediaan dan lead time produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah implementasi e-Kanban, persediaan akhir menurun signifikan dari 30,8% menjadi 7% pada produk B. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem Kanban digital efektif dalam mengendalikan tingkat persediaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi sistem Kanban dengan ERP untuk pengendalian persediaan secara real-time dan akurat.
