Evolving Patterns in Lean Six Sigma Project Selection Methods

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan dan prioritisasi proyek Lean Six Sigma (LSS), serta mengevaluasi pendekatan yang paling sering diterapkan dalam literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 44 artikel jurnal ilmiah terindeks yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2010 hingga 2024. Artikel yang dianalisis secara khusus membahas berbagai pendekatan pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi proyek LSS. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang paling banyak digunakan, sering kali dikombinasikan dengan metode lain seperti Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dan teknik Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) untuk meningkatkan objektivitas dan akurasi keputusan. Selain itu, metode Best-Worst Method (BWM), sebagai pendekatan yang lebih baru, semakin sering digunakan terutama dalam studi dari India, karena kemampuannya dalam mengelola sejumlah besar kriteria secara efisien dan konsisten. Studi ini juga mengungkap tren kuat menuju penggunaan pendekatan hybrid dan berbasis data, yang dianggap lebih adaptif terhadap kompleksitas proyek serta tuntutan era digital. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kerangka kerja seleksi proyek yang lebih sistematis, fleksibel, dan kontekstual dalam implementasi Lean Six Sigma.
