Studi Komparasi Tingkat Atensi Berdasarkan Iringan Musik Lo-Fi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan tingkat atensi belajar antara siswa yang mendengarkan musik lo-fi dan yang tidak. Menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain post-test only, 20 siswa kelas sebelas dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang mendengarkan musik lo-fi dan kelompok kontrol non-musik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mendengarkan musik lo-fi memiliki tingkat atensi belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap manfaat musik lo-fi dalam meningkatkan fokus dan atensi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya genre musik dalam mempengaruhi suasana hati dan kinerja kognitif. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengkonfirmasi temuan ini dan mengeksplorasi efek jangka panjang musik lo-fi dalam lingkungan pendidikan.
